THE BIGINNING
DFY Amazon Service was built on real industry experience. Before launching the company, I worked as an Operations Manager at Amazon, mastering first mile, middle mile, and last mile logistics. By 2025, I advanced to become a Production Manager at Target, where I developed deep expertise in downstream operations. With Fortune 100 experience behind me, I knew exactly what it would take to build a successful, scalable, and high-performing 3PL.
But the journey didn’t begin in a massive facility — it began at home.
What started as a small operation helping clients grow their e-commerce businesses soon transformed into a results-driven system backed by a 100% profit guarantee. In the early days, we were fulfilling orders from our backyard and even our Jacuzzi room, doing whatever it took to deliver on time and exceed expectations.
As demand rapidly increased, the home setup could no longer keep up. This pushed us to move into our first official commercial warehouse, where our operations took off. Before long, we became the highest-volume shipping company in Middlefield, shipping thousands of boxes with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Growth didn’t stop there. With a growing client base and expanding service needs, we made the strategic move to Middletown, where we now operate a larger, more advanced fulfillment and 3PL facility designed for high-volume pick, pack, print, and ship operations — including premium and luxury packaging.

Building the Foundation -- 2021
DFY began with a mission to bring accuracy, speed, and structure to the fulfillment world. In 2021, we built a strong operational foundation with clear workflows for receiving, tracking, picking, packing, and shipping. Every system was designed to ensure each product is handled with precision.
The Expansion -- 2022
In 2022, demand surged. We expanded to a 100-member team working around the clock to support the end-to-end needs of more than 50 active clients. Shipping thousands of boxes daily, we transformed into a fully optimized 3PL ecosystem powered by automation, accountability, and scalable systems.
Leveling Up — 2023
2023 marked a major milestone. DFY became the highest-shipping operation in the entire city, pushing us to upgrade into a full commercial warehouse.
This expansion allowed us to implement a smarter WMS, enhance quality-control checkpoints, refine SOPs, and build a more efficient, resilient, and scalable infrastructure. DFY emerged as a mature, performance driven 3PL capable of handling massive growth.
Scaling to Meet Demand — 2024
In 2024, DFY began serving a new tier of clients — including Fortune 500 brands. We delivered premium and luxury-grade pick, pack, print, and ship services, completing complex orders such as a $27K luxury box project in just three days.
Our reputation for speed, precision, and reliability became the standard.
DFY Today — 2025
Today, DFY Amazon Service stands as a powerful end-to-end 3PL operation built on proven systems, a trained 100 member team, and a culture centered on accuracy, speed, and accountability.
In 2025, we expanded our capabilities even further by officially launching wholesale fulfillment services, supporting major brands and distributors shipping bulk quantities nationwide. This year also marked another milestone — DFY Amazon Service officially registered its trademark, solidifying our brand and protecting the reputation we’ve built over years of operational excellence.
